The Vintage Saint Philomena necklace is made with vintage Italian and French medals (St. Philomena, St. Bernadette enamel, Madonna and Child) with linked larimar chain and all oxidized sterling silver wire and components. The medals are silver plated but all other components are sterling silver. The main pendant is 3/4 inch round and the necklace is 18 inches long.
