Rare Antique Italian Carved Shell Cameo Lamp Landscape Volcano Napoli c1940. The plug and the bulb are French and can't work as is with USA voltage. It probably needs an adapter. The last photo was taken in France and the light works just fine. A rare and beautiful piece. It's in good condition.
