Antique French Art Nouveau Sterling Silver First Communion Medal Chalice c1912. It has the French hallmark for sterling silver (boar's head). Engraved on the back "22 7bre 1912" (September 22nd 1912) and later on "7 Jan. 1923" (January 7th 1923) along with the initials A and I.
